WERD 30 year anniversay
On may 31´st we celebrated our 30-year anniversary in style. We shared this experience at the beautiful Hindsgavl slot in Middelfart, with stunning nature, and amazing surroundings. Everybody came dressed up and was ready to spend some quality time together.
Shortly after arriving, we kicked off the program with a series of team-building activities. Each group was challenged to recreate an iconic moment from a favorite movie. Costumes, props, and wigs quickly came into play, and several colleagues revealed some impressive acting talent. We had a lot of fun shooting these clips. The activity required strong teamwork and trust, and it clearly demonstrated how creative and collaborative we can be when working toward a shared goal.
After the movie shootings, there was a little gap of free time, some saw that the weather conditions were perfect for a little run, so the Passionate runners went out for a jog. While some were running others were hanging out in the garden playing games, and simply enjoying the surroundings and each other’s company.
By doing these activities outside work we increase our Efficiency which leads to better communication skills and develop a more stable bond across the different departments. We want to build a strong, stable and dedicated team, so we can obtain the best results.
The day concluded with a luxurious dinner followed by cocktails, providing the perfect ending to a truly unforgettable celebration.

The day was filled with fun activities that strengthened the sense of community and togetherness across the departments.
One of the highlights was that we had to film, edit, and act in our own “movie” – it gave us plenty of good laughs and revealed new sides of our colleagues.
It was fantastic to see people in costumes and creative roles, when we usually meet in a more professional setting.
